Tuesday February 13 in Tomorrow Belongs to Us…
Gilles is the victim of an attack
During breakfast, Cécile worries about Gilles’ absence. The latter went to the police station the day before because he was contacted again by the man who demanded a ransom. Gilles is finally back with bouquets of flowers. Chloé sits down at the table, while Diego, who surprised Cécile the day before with another man, does not linger with them.
The young man goes to the Spoon where he finds Jack and Rayane. The latter, who was with Diego the day before, immediately tries to find out if he ratted out Cécile. Diego admits that he didn’t say anything because he doesn’t want to cause problems in the relationship that Gilles forms with her. Rayane emphasizes, however, that Gilles deserves to know that his future wife is cheating on him.
Meanwhile, at the police station, Sara questions the delivery man who brought Gilles’ package the day before. He draws a sketch of the man who jostled him and who undoubtedly took advantage of this to slip the envelope with the Polaroid inside the bag. Damien immediately gets a match with a video surveillance image. Upon seeing the image, the delivery man confirms that it is indeed the man in question.
Later, Timothée managed to identify him using facial recognition software. This is Pascal Villard, a 63-year-old man. Banned from casinos, registered with the Bank of France, he is riddled with debt. Last I heard, he has no job, no family, no address. Timothy assumes he lives in his car. In any case, his profile fits perfectly with that of Cécile’s kidnapper, or even an accomplice. Martin wants to start searching to find Pascal. He also instructs Timothée to find out what his connection is with Cécile.
Meanwhile, Gilles warns Chloé and Cécile that he is going to his bachelor party. Before he leaves, Cécile reminds him to take his food supplements which he forgot in the morning. She has a box in her bag which Gilles uses.
He then joins Alex and Sylvain at the Mas. They toast and send him their best wishes for his marriage. Very moved, Gilles tells his friends that he finally thinks he has found the one. He is unaware that Pascal is watching them and that he is sending a voice message to Cécile to tell her that he misses her and that he wants to see her quickly. For her part, Cécile replies that she will try to find him a niche.
In the evening, Gilles goes with his friends to Spoon. Bruno surprises him by coming to celebrate. While everyone is laughing and enjoying the moment, Gilles suddenly collapses to the ground…
Violette has it both ways
Jack makes fun of Jordan, whom he suspects of dressing up to charm Violette. In fact, he intends to go to her house to return Enora’s vest that she forgot the day before. Jack supposes that he doesn’t accept his crush because Violette is his aunt by marriage. Jordan retorts that he is only focused on his studies and has no time for girls.
As agreed, Jordan goes to Violette to return Enora’s vest to her. He thus meets Charles, Violette’s brother, who recently returned to Sète. Once Jordan leaves, Charles encourages his sister to give it a try with him if she likes him.
Later, Violette has lunch with Charles and Roxane at the Spoon. Liam also walks through the restaurant doors and greets her. When he walks away, Charles makes innuendoes about him. Violette declares that they are just friends. Charles and Roxane then admit that it’s a good thing because they are both team Jordan.
While Charles and Roxane go to pay the bill at the counter, Liam chats a little with Violette and suggests they go for a drink. Violette arranges to meet him that same evening in a park. Seeing her doing it, Charles warns his sister about the risks she takes in playing both sides.
During her meeting with Liam, Violette confides in her story. She then goes from rooster to donkey to find out if her relationship with Lilou has evolved. Liam explains that they only talk occasionally via text. While jogging in the park, Jordan surprises Violette and Liam quite close to each other.
George is preoccupied
At the police station, Sara notices Georges’ concerned look. With Vanessa’s delivery approaching, he begins to doubt his ability to keep his word. He had indeed promised to take care of this child. Now, Georges believes that he would be better off with another family.
For her part, Mélody discusses Valentine’s Day with Audrey, admitting that she has not planned a gift for Georges. She doesn’t know if he wants to spend this holiday with her since their relationship is very new. When Georges finally joins her, Mélody can see that he is tired. Georges claims to have a lot of work. When his girlfriend asks him to have dinner together the next evening, he happily accepts.
Back at the police station, Georges meets Nordine. He asks her to help him choose a card for Manon for Valentine’s Day. Georges realizes that this is the reason why Mélody asked him to have dinner together the next evening. However, he has nothing special planned. He absolutely wants to make up for it.
